正规体育投注Shawnee State University, as a state assisted institution, is obligated to comply with the law established by the Ohio legislature and charged to the Ohio Board of Regents in regard to verifying residency status and assessing tuition costs for each student.
Students who are classified as Ohio residents for tuition purposes receive the benefit of a state supported education, funded largely by the taxpayers of Ohio. The Residency Guidelines are meant to exclude from Ohio resident classification those people who are in the state of Ohio primarily for the purpose of receiving the benefit of a state supported education.
To be classified as an "Ohio resident for tuition purposes", a student must meet the guidelines for residency as defined by the State Legislature and the Ohio Board of Regents. The term "Ohio resident" for tuition purposes may differ from other definitions of Ohio residency.
Documents must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar prior to the first day of the semester in order to be effective for that term. Residency reclassification is never retroactive.
